Docol 600DP Dual Phase Steel (DP) Description
Docol 600DP:Docol 600DP dual-phase steel has good formability and welding performance, and is suitable for automotive safety components such as seat frames. This copper undergoes a special heat treatment, which mainly produces a two-phase structure. Ferrite, which can impart formability, represents one phase, while martensite, which is responsible for strength, represents the other phase. Bainite may be present as a complementary phase.
