Carbon Steel Pipe
A53 Seamless & Welded Carbon Steel Pipe
A53 American standard seamless steel pipe is made of high-quality steel billets through hot rolling, cold drawing and other processes. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of this steel pipe comply with the requirements of American standard ASTM A53/A53M.
ASTM A106 grade seamless steel pipe is a widely used low carbon steel and is widely used in the petroleum, chemical and boiler industries. The material has good mechanical properties.
ASTM A335 steel pipe may be hot finished or cold drawn and subjected to the following finishing heat treatment. The specification covers "chrome-molybdenum" seamless pipes with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature tensile strength.
EN 10210/S355 Seamless Steel Pipe
Grade S355 is a low carbon manganese-containing steel alloy. This medium-strength carbon steel has both good weldability and good impact resistance. Grade S355 steel is also well suited for sub-zero temperature applications.
A179 seamless cold drawn low carbon steel pipe is equivalent to China's No. 10 high-quality low-carbon steel. A179 is suitable for cold-drawn high-quality low-carbon seamless steel pipes for heat exchangers and condensers.
A192 Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe
ASTM A192 is the same as ASME SA-192 and is the standard specification covering seamless carbon steel boiler and superheater tubes of minimum wall thickness for high pressure service.
A213 Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe
A213 is a ferrite and austenitic alloy seamless steel pipe for boilers, superheaters and heat exchangers. Its products should comply with TSG D7002 pressure piping component type test rules.
A252 Seamless&Welded Pipe Piles
ASTM A252 is the standard specification for nominal-wall cylindrical steel pipe piles, where the cylinder acts as a permanent load-bearing member or shell to form a cast-in-place concrete pile. The ASTM A252 specification has three grades: Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3, of which Grade 2 and Grade 3 are commonly used materials.
A333 Seamless & Welded Steel Pipe
ASTM A333 is the standard specification for seamless and welded carbon and alloy steel pipe for low temperature applications or other applications requiring notch toughness. This standard covers several grades of ferritic steel: Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 6, Grade 7, Grade 8, Grade 9, Grade 10 and Grade 11.
This standard applies to seamless steel tubes for general structural and mechanical structures. The main production of steel pipe grade includes Gr 10, Gr 20, Gr 35, Gr 45, Q345, 15CrMo, and 12Cr1MoV.
DIN 17175 is a standard specification for seamless tubes of heat-resistant steels used in elevated temperatures and high-pressure environments.
DIN 1629 seamless steel pipe has three main grades of St37.0, St44.0, St52.0. Generally, the DIN 1629 standard is not limited to the working pressure value, and the working temperature is limited to below 300 ℃.
EN 10219/S235 Welded Steel Pipe
EN10219 welded steel pipe is a round steel pipe that complies with European standards and its material is S235JR. This material has good plasticity and weldability, as well as good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
Spiral Submerged Arc Welded Pipe SSAW
The spiral submerged arc welded pipe is made of hot-rolled steel strip through constant temperature spiral forming and automatic submerged arc welding. The manufacturing process is to roll the steel strip, make the rolling direction at a certain angle to the center direction of the tube, and then form and weld, so the weld is spiral.
The longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe is made of steel plate as raw material, which is formed by a forming machine, and then double-sided submerged arc welding is carried out. Through this process, the LSAW pipe will have excellent ductility, toughness, uniformity, plasticity and good sealing performance.
Resistance welded pipe ERW is formed by hot rolled coil through forming machine. The skin effect and proximity effect of the high frequency current are used to heat and melt the edges of the tube blank.
Galvanized steel pipe, also known as galvanized pipe, is divided into two kinds of hot-dip galvanized pipe and Electro galvanized pipe. The hot-dip galvanized layer is thick, the coating is uniform, the adhesion is strong, and the service life is long.
API Spec 5L is an international standard that specifies the manufacturing requirements for two product specification grades (PSL 1 and PSL 2) of seamless and welded steel pipes used in pipeline transportation systems in the oil and gas industry.
