Soft magnetic iron is a high-quality special magnetic steelwith an iron content of over 99.5%. lts unique featuresinclude low coercive force (Hc), high permeability (μ), andhigh saturation fux density(Bs),making it ideal forapplications that require high magnetic flux density understatic low-feld and low-frequency conditions. The materialhas high purity, a dense structure, and uniform organization,which makes it suitable for high-vacuum and magneticallystable applications. lt can be easily processed using variousmechanical methods, such as turning, punching, bending, andwelding,and has excellent surface quality after processing.Our pure iron products are typically coated with a protectivelayer to prevent corrosion. Without this coating, pure ironmay be susceptible to corrosion over time.
